In our strategy work, The S.P.A.R.K. team supports organizations to align their DEI goals with their core values, systems, and strategies with intentionality–in order to have maximal impact with sustained results. We provide assessments (to surface gaps and challenges), executive coaching, listening campaigns, facilitation of workshops/learning series, we support the development and co-creation of committees and workgroups, and we hold space for teams to come together across racial, gender, sexual identity differences, and cultural differences—all to sustain a vision for equitable and inclusive coherence in their system.
